Robert Evans (born Robert J. Shapera; June 29, 1930 β October 26, 2019) was an American film producer who worked on ''Rosemary's Baby (film), Rosemary's Baby'' (1968), ''Love Story (1970 film), Love Story'' (1970), ''The Godfather'' (1972), and ''Chinatown (1974 film), Chinatown'' (1974). Robert John Emlyn Evans (born 23 October 1956) is a British Labour Co-operative politician who served as a Member of the European Parliament (MEP) from 1994 until 2009. He was first elected to the European Parliament for London North West, and then in 1999 and 2004 for the London constituency. He has been a Surrey county councillor for the Stanwell and Stanwell Moor ward since 2013. Rob Evans (born 5 June 1995) is a Welsh semi-professional footballer who plays for Newtown in the Cymru Premier. Club career Wrexham Evans was born in Penycae, Wrexham County Borough. He made his first-team debut for Wrexham in a Conference Premier match against Newport County in April 2012. Evans became Wrexham's youngest ever captain whilst leading Wrexham to a 2β1 FA Trophy victory over Gresley in 2013 at the age of 18. Robert Evans (1 July 1960 β 9 February 2024) was an Australian rules footballer who played with Coburg in the Victorian Football Association. He also played a single game for in the Victorian Football League. Football career Evans joined in 1984, and was the club's best-and-fairest winner in his second season in 1985. Although originally a full-forward, he was later moved to full-back by coach Phil Cleary. Evans missed Coburg's 1988 premiership due to suspension, but he was part of the winning 1989 team. Robert Owen Evans (August 1881 β 8 March 1962) was a Welsh international professional footballer who won ten caps for his country and made 107 appearances in the Football League playing for Blackburn Rovers and Birmingham. He played as a goalkeeper. Career Evans was born in Wrexham. He played local football before joining Wrexham in 1898. Robert Owen Evans, OAM (20 February 1937 – 8 November 2022) was an Australian minister of the Uniting Church in Hazelbrook, New South Wales, and an amateur astronomer who holds the record for visual discoveries of supernovae (42). Ministry Evans was born on 20 February 1937 in Sydney, Australia. He graduated from the University of Sydney, majoring in philosophy and modern history. Coming from a religious family, Evans trained to become a Methodist minister and was ordained by the New South Wales Conference in 1967. He served as a circuit minister until his retirement in 1998. He wrote a number of books on the history of evangelism.
