Bob Diamond (engineer)
Robert Stephen Turin (October 6, 1959 – August 21, 2021), also known as The Trolley Man, was an American engineer. Life and career Diamond was born in Brooklyn. He was an engineer. The Cobble Hill Tunnel (also known as the Atlantic Avenue Tunnel) is an abandoned Long Island Rail Road (LIRR) tunnel beneath Atlantic Avenue in Brooklyn, New York City, running through the neighborhoods of Downtown Brooklyn and Cobble Hill.
