Line 2 is one of the 12 lines of the Mexico City Metro. The 2 Line is the second oldest in the network, identified by the color blue and runs from West to East and then North to South, turning at the city center. It starts at the border of the city with Estado de México and ends South of the city. General information Line 2 connects with Mexico City Metro Line 7, Line 7 at Tacuba metro station, Tacuba, Mexico City Metro Line 3, Line 3 at Hidalgo metro station, Hidalgo, Mexico City Metro Line 8, Line 8 at Bellas Artes metro station (Mexico City), Bellas Artes, Mexico City Metro Line 1, Line 1 at Pino Suárez metro station, Pino Suárez, Lines 8 and Mexico City Metro Line 9, 9 at Chabacano metro station, Chabacano and Mexico City Metro Line 12, Line 12 at Ermita metro station, Ermita. It is linked with the Mexico City Light Rail to Xochimilco at the Tasqueña terminal. It used to be served by NC-82 and some NM-83 trains. NM-02 (Mexico City Metro)
New Mexico's 2nd congressional district serves the southern half of New Mexico, including Las Cruces, and the southern fourth of Albuquerque. It is currently represented by Democrat Gabe Vasquez. The district was one of 13 congressional districts that voted for Donald Trump in the 2024 presidential election while simultaneously electing a Democrat in the 2024 House of Representatives elections. History Historically, the district has leaned more Republican than New Mexico's other two districts, particularly in presidential elections. In the 2020 election, Republican candidate Yvette Herrell defeated Democratic representative Xochitl Torres Small in a rematch of their race in 2018.
