Blokwatch
Blokwatch is the name of a Belgian newssite, a virtual archive and documentation centre, and meeting point for research on and about the far right in Flanders. Most of its attention is attributed to the Vlaams Belang (formerly called Vlaams Blok, hence the name "BlokWatch"). Among other things, the site provides the complete version (in Dutch) of the Vlaams Belang party statutes ("Basisbeginselen") and the notorious "70 steps plan". It is an independent volunteer initiative, founded by Marc Spruyt (aka Blokwatcher), author of a number of works on the Vlaams Blok ("Grove Borstels", "Wat het Vlaams Blok verzwijgt") and who is generally considered the expert on the Far Right in Flanders. Anti-fascist Research Group Kafka
Anti-fascist research group Kafka is a Dutch anti-fascist and far-left research group. Its name is originally an acronym for ''Kollektief Anti-Fascistisch/-Kapitalistisch Archief'' ( en, Collective Anti-Fascist/ -Capitalist Archive). Background The research group finds its origins in the squatters' movement. It conducts research into groups and individuals in the Netherlands whom it considers to be far-right, and the developments related to them. The results are published on Kafka's website and in the quarterly magazine '' Alert!'' of the left-wing activist group Anti-Fascist Action (AFA). Rik Pinxten (born 12 March 1947 in Antwerp) is a professor and researcher in cultural anthropology at Ghent University. Between 2003 and 2010 he was chairman of the Liberal Humanist Association of Flanders, the Flemish section of The Humanist Association (Belgium). He is chairman of the Center for Intercultural Communication and Interaction (CICI) of the University of Ghent. Together with Gerard Mortier, he was an advocate for the creation of the progressive Music Forum "The Krook" in Ghent. In 2004, he received the Ark Prize of the Free Word for his book ''The Artistic Society''. Pinxten conducted his fieldwork with the Navajo people. He is an advocate for interculturalism over multiculturalism, arguing for dialogue and interaction between different communities based on a strong identity.
