''Bleuphoria'' is the sixth studio album by American singer Rahsaan Patterson. It was released on July 19, 2011 on Artistry Music. Production for ''Bleuphoria'' was handled primarily by Patterson and long-time collaborators Jamey Jaz and Keith Crouch. The album features guest vocals by singers Jody Watley, Shanice Wilson, Faith Evans and Lalah Hathaway, as well as a cover version of "I Only Have Eyes for You." The singles " Easier Said Than Done" and " 6 AM" were released to radio and made available on iTunes. Critical reception AllMusic editor Andy Kellman called ''Bleuphoria'' Patterson's "boldest and most scattered album to date." Rahsaan Patterson (born January 11, 1974) is an American singer and actor, best known for portraying "The Kid" on the 1980s television show '' Kids Incorporated.'' Career 1984: ''Kids Incorporated'' After appearing in a school talent show in 1984, Patterson auditioned for the television show ''Kids Incorporated''. He was cast as "The Kid", and remained on the show for the next few years, appearing alongside such future stars as Fergie, Renee Sands, Martika, Mario Lopez and Shanice. Alexander Dubin (June 10, 1891 – February 11, 1945) was an American lyricist. He is best known for his collaborations with the composer Harry Warren. Life Al Dubin came from a Russian Jewish family that emigrated to the United States from Switzerland when he was two years old. Born in Zürich, Switzerland, he grew up in Philadelphia. Between ages of thirteen and sixteen, Dubin played hookey from school in order to travel into New York City to see Broadway musical shows. At age 14 he began writing special material for a vaudeville entertainer on 28th Street between 5th and Broadway in New York City, otherwise known as Tin Pan Alley. Dubin was accepted and enrolled at Perkiomen Seminary in September 1909, but was expelled in 1911, after writing their Alma Mater.
