Bleon Kurtulus
Bleon Kurtulus (born 24 June 2007) is a Swedish footballer who plays as a defender for Allsvenskan club Halmstads BK. Club career Born in Halmstad, Kurtulus joined local side Halmstads BK as a child, going on to sign his first professional contract with the club in June 2023. He made his professional debut for the club on 25 April 2024, in a 2–1 win against Hammarby, where his brother Edvin was playing at the time. The two shared the pitch during the second half after Kurtulus was brought on as a substitute. On 15 October 2024, he was named by English newspaper ''The Guardian'' as one of the best players born in 2007 worldwide. Halmstad () is a port, university, industrial and recreational city at the mouth of the Nissan river, in the province of Halland on the Swedish west coast. The 2024 Allsvenskan will be the 100th season since its establishment in 1924 of Sweden's top-level football league, Allsvenskan. A total of 16 teams will participate. Malmö FF are the defending champions after winning the title in the previous season The 2024 Allsvenskan season begin in April and end in November 2024 (not including play-off matches).
