Zenith Productions (later Zenith Entertainment) was a British independent film and television production company. Zenith created content for the BBC, ITV (TV network), ITV, Channel 4, Sky UK, Sky and UKTV, including a number of series such as ''Inspector Morse (TV series), Inspector Morse'' for ITV (TV network), ITV and ''Byker Grove'' and ''Hamish Macbeth (TV series), Hamish Macbeth'' for the BBC. Administration in United Kingdom law is the main kind of procedure in UK insolvency law when a company is unable to pay its debts. The management of the company is usually replaced by an insolvency practitioner whose statutory duty is to rescue the company, save the business, or get the best result possible.
