Sammie Marquez Benson (born April 8, 1990), known professionally as Blac Youngsta, is an American rapper from Memphis, Tennessee. He signed a recording contract with fellow Memphis-based rapper Yo Gotti's record label, Collective Music Group (CMG), in 2015, which entered a joint venture with Epic Records shortly after. He is best known for his 2017 singles "Hip Hopper (song), Hip Hopper" (featuring Lil Yachty) and "Booty (Blac Youngsta song), Booty"; the latter of which peaked at number 73 on the Billboard Hot 100, ''Billboard'' Hot 100.
