Bjørn Arild Gram
Bjørn Arild Gram (born 7 May 1972 in Steinkjer) is a Norwegian politician who has served as the first deputy leader of the Centre Party since 2025 and previously the minister of defence from 2022 to 2025. A member of the Centre Party, he also previously served as the minister of local government from 2021 to 2022. Gram started his as the leader of the Centre Youth and logos politics before his election as a deputy representative to the Storting from Nord-Trøndelag, and went on to serve in said position on two more occasions. He served as a state secretary in the Ministry of Finance from 2005 to 2007, when he became mayor of Steinkjer. He stepped down as mayor in 2020 when he was appointed chair of the Norwegian Association of Local and Regional Authorities, a position he held until his ministerial appointment in 2021. The Centre Party (, Sp; ), formerly the Farmer's Party (, Bp), is an Agrarianism, agrarian List of political parties in Norway, political party in Norway. Nord-Trøndelag University College
Nord-Trøndelag University College () was a Norwegian university college located throughout the county of Nord-Trøndelag. HiNT had about 5,500 students and 440 employees in 2013. In January 2016, the university was merged with Nesna University College and the University of Nordland, becoming Nord University. The school offered higher education within nursing, teaching, business administration, public administration, pharmacy, agriculture, engineering and information technology. Master degrees were offered within gymnastics (since 1971), interdisciplinary health studies and knowledge management, while a Master of Science in public administration was offered in cooperation with Trondheim Business School and Copenhagen Business School. Stoltenberg's Second Cabinet was the Government of Norway from 17 October 2005 to 16 October 2013. The Storting ( ; ) is the supreme legislature of Norway, established in 1814 by the Constitution of Norway. It is located in Oslo. Liv Signe Navarsete
Liv Signe Navarsete (born 23 October 1958 in Sogndal Municipality) is a Norwegian politician from the Centre Party. She has served as county governor of Vestland county since 2022. She previously served as Minister of Local Government from 2009 to 2013, Minister of Transport from 2005 to 2009 and party leader from 2008 to 2014. On 11 February 2014, she announced that she would retire as the leader of the party in April. She was succeeded by Trygve Slagsvold Vedum. She was also political advisor to the Minister of Health and Social Affairs (social affairs) from 1999 to 2000. Navarsete was appointed as leader of the Centre Party in September 2008, having until then been the deputy leader.
