''Pole to Pole with Michael Palin'' is an eight-part television BBC documentary travel series, first broadcast on BBC 1 from 21 October to 9 December 1992, and presented by comedian and actor Michael Palin. The programme is the sequel to ''Around the World in 80 Days with Michael Palin'', and was the second of Palin's major journeys, the series focusing on a journey along the 30-degree east line of longitude from the North Pole to the South Pole, sticking to using mainly cars, buses, trains and ships to make the 5-month journey, while travelling through northern and eastern Europe (including through the territory of the Soviet Union before its collapse), and Africa; a last-minute change of plans led to the journey diverting through South America, in order to reach Antarctica. It was the last album to feature guitarist Dave Baksh before his departure from Sum 41 on May 11, 2006. Baksh later rejoined the band in 2015. ''Chuck'' peaked at No. 2 on the Canadian Albums Chart and No. 10 on the US ''Billboard'' 200, making it the band's highest-charting album until it would be surpassed by '' Underclass Hero'' in 2007. Red Flag is a synth-pop act founded in 1984 in San Diego by brothers Chris and Mark Reynolds. After the death of Mark in 2003, Chris has continued as a solo act since 2007 under the name Red Flag. History Hailing from Liverpool, England, and after growing up there, the brothers moved to locations such as Montreal and Seattle, following their father's itinerant job. In 1979, the family settled in California, arriving first in Los Angeles.
