Binlang Islet
Binlang Islet () is an islet located in Lieyu Township, Kinmen County (Quemoy), Taiwan (ROC).(Note: The County/City Boundary () as shown in this map includes Mt. Binlangyu within Kinmen County and the Township/City/District Boundary () includes Mt. Lieyu
Lieyu Township (Liehyu) (; pinyin: ''Lièyǔ Xiāng''; Hokkien POJ: ''Lia̍t-sū-hiong'') is a rural township in Kinmen County (Quemoy), Fujian Province, Republic of China (Taiwan). It mainly consists of Lesser Kinmen (; Pīnyīn: ''Xiǎojīnmén''), Dadan, and Erdan, three islands of the ROC located to the west of Greater Kinmen and immediately to the east of Xiamen (Amoy) of the People's Republic of China. The Overseas Community Affairs Council (OCAC; ; Pha̍k-fa-sṳ: ''Khièu-vu Vî-yèn-fi'') is a cabinet-level council of the Executive Yuan of the Republic of China (Taiwan). The council was founded in 1926 in Canton (Guangzhou) in Kwangtung (Guangdong) Province. Xiamen
Xiamen ( , ; ), also known as Amoy (, from Hokkien pronunciation ), is a sub-provincial city in southeastern Fujian, People's Republic of China, beside the Taiwan Strait. It is divided into six districts: Huli, Siming, Jimei, Tong'an, Haicang, and Xiang'an. Siming District
Siming District is an urban district of the city of Xiamen, Fujian province, China. It includes the territory of the old town of Xiamen and the government offices of the modern sub-provincial city. Geography Siming occupies the southern half of Xiamen Island. It also includes Gulangyu Island to its southwest. The sheltered Yundang Bay responsible for old Xiamen's prized harbor was converted into a lake in the 20th century by the addition of landfill from construction. History The modern Siming District includes the territory of the old town of Xiamen, which had its harbor in the sheltered Yundang Bay. The Lingshui Lake () is a lake in Lieyu Township, Kinmen County, Taiwan. History The lake used to be a lowland area and dry lake since Yuan Dynasty. Dadeng Subdistrict
Dadeng Subdistrict () is an insular subdistrict in Xiang'an District, Xiamen, Fujian, China. During the Second Taiwan Strait Crisis in 1958, the islands were designated by the State Council of the People's Republic of China as the "Hero's Triangle" ().
