Billy Ace Barratt (born 16 June 2007) is an English actor. At the age of 13, he became the youngest person to win an International Emmy Award. Early life Billy Ace Barratt was born in Brixton, London. His mother is actress and presenter Carolyn Owlett, who is a member of girl band The 411, whilst his grandfather is Welsh singer Shakin' Stevens. Career Barratt began acting in television roles. Brixton is a district in south London, part of the London Borough of Lambeth, England. The area is identified in the London Plan as one of 35 major centres in Greater London.
