Bikić Do
Bikić Do (Serbian Cyrillic: Бикић До, Pannonian Rusyn: Бикич Дол) is a village in Serbia, in the Autonomous Province of Vojvodina. It is located in the municipality of Šid, in the Srem District. Pannonian Rusyns (), also known as Pannonian Rusnaks (), and formerly known as ''Yugoslav'' Rusyns (during the existence of former Yugoslavia), are ethnic Rusyns from the southern regions of the Pannonian Plain (hence, ''Pannonian'' Rusyns). Pannonian Rusyn Language
Pannonian Rusyn (, ), also historically referred to as Yugoslav Rusyn, is a variety of the Slovak language, spoken by the Pannonian Rusyns, primarily in the regions of Vojvodina (northern part of modern Serbia) and Slavonia (eastern part of modern Croatia), and also in the Pannonian Rusyn diaspora in the United States and Canada. The Serbian Cyrillic alphabet (, ), also known as the Serbian script, (, ), is a standardized variation of the Cyrillic script used to write the Serbian language. It originated in medieval Serbia and was significantly reformed in the 19th century by the Serbian philologist and linguist Vuk Karadžić.
