Bigasaur
is a Japanese science fiction media franchise created by Tomy that feature giant robots (or "mecha") called Zoids, with designs being based on animals; including dinosaurs, mammals, insects, arachnids and mythological creatures. The franchise started with a plamo kit line and includes six main anime TV series ('' Chaotic Century'', '' New Century'', '' Fuzors'', ''Genesis'', ''Wild'', '' Wild Zero''), as well as several video games and manga products. Model kit lines There have been a number of different Zoids model lines over the years, both in Japan and other countries. Between these lines, over 200 different designs have been released, some several times over. Several companies outside of Takara-Tomy have produced Zoids kits. (trade name, trading as Takara Tomy in Asia and Tomy elsewhere) is a Japanese toy company. Kaiyodo
is a Japanese company which manufactures figurines and garage kits. Its headquarters is in Kadoma, Osaka Prefecture. While the company mostly focuses on anime related characters, it recently has acquired other licenses, e.g. King Kong, and some Godzilla characters. Kaiyodo was originally a small shop in Japan, but grew into a famous company over the years, leading them to sell collectables worldwide. One of their most famous sculptors is Bome, who is most well known for his Mon-sieur BOME collection.
