Canadians
Canadians () are people identified with the country of Canada. This connection may be residential, legal, historical or cultural. For most Canadians, many (or all) of these connections exist and are collectively the source of their being ''Canadian''. Canada is a multilingual and multicultural society home to people of groups of many different ethnic, religious, and national origins, with the majority of the population made up of Old World immigrants and their descendants. Following the initial period of French and then the much larger British colonization, different waves (or peaks) of immigration and settlement of non-indigenous peoples took place over the course of nearly two centuries and continue today. Elements of Indigenous, French, British, and more recent immigrant customs, languages, and religions have combined to form the culture of Canada, and thus a Canadian identity and Canadian values. Canada has also been strongly influenced by its linguistic, geograph ...

Canada Country
The ''Billboard'' charts tabulate the relative weekly popularity of songs and albums in the United States and elsewhere. The results are published in ''Billboard'' magazine. ''Billboard'' biz, the online extension of the ''Billboard'' charts, provides additional weekly charts, as well as year-end charts. The three most important charts are the ''Billboard'' Global 200 for songs globally, the ''Billboard'' Hot 100 for songs in the United States of America and the ''Billboard'' 200 for albums in the United States of America, and other charts may be dedicated to a specific genre such as R&B, country, or rock, or they may cover all genres. The charts can be ranked according to sales, streams, or airplay, and for main song charts such as the Hot 100 or Global 200 (though the latter globally) song chart, all three data are used to compile the charts. For the ''Billboard'' 200 album chart, streams and track sales are included in addition to album sales. The weekly sales and stream ...

Whiskey Glasses
"Whiskey Glasses" is a song written by Ben Burgess and Kevin Kadish, and recorded by American country music singer Morgan Wallen. It was first included on his 2016 EP '' The Way I Talk'', and was released as the third single from his 2018 studio album, '' If I Know Me''. Background The song was written by Kevin Kadish and Ben Burgess in 2015. Burgess had an idea about writing a song about whiskey glasses in a song-writing session with Kadish. He liked the idea, and came up with the line "I'mma need some whiskey glasses, 'cause I don't wanna see the truth". They decided that the theme should be about someone who turned to drink because of a bad break-up. Burgess then remembered his father who used to say after he had too much to drink: "Poor Pappy ... oh, pour your Pappy a drink", which became the start of the song as "Poor me, pour me another drink". The song was pitched to Wallen who then recorded the song with producer Joey Moi. It was first released in the summer of 2018, but ...

Country Airplay
Country Airplay is a chart published weekly by ''Billboard'' magazine in the United States since October 20, 2012, although the magazine also retrospectively recognizes the Hot Country Songs charts from January 20, 1990, through October 13, 2012, as part of the history of the Country Airplay listing. The chart lists the 60 most-listened-to records played on 150 mainstream country radio stations across the country as monitored by Nielsen BDS, weighted to each station's Nielsen ratings. The first number-one song actually published under the Country Airplay banner was " Take a Little Ride" by Jason Aldean; but as ''Billboard'' also recognizes the history of the Hot Country Songs chart since 1990 as part of this chart, the magazine recognizes the first chart-topper as " Nobody's Home" by Clint Black. The current number-one song on the chart is " I'm the Problem" by Morgan Wallen. History Earlier versions Throughout its history of ranking country songs by popularity, ''Billboard' ...

A greeting, or salutation, can also be expressed in written communications, such as letters and emails. Some epochs and cultures have had very elaborate greeting rituals, e.g. greeting a ...
