Big Katsu
is a type of Japanese snack food. In name and appearance it is similar to breaded pork cutlets, but instead of pork it contains shredded fish surimi. Many varieties are available at convenience stores as well as snack shops, but the best-known and most popular may be the original Big Katsu from Kadō, first introduced in 1987. is a paste made from Fish as food, fish or other meat. It can also be any of a number of East Asian cuisine, East Asian foods that use that paste as their primary ingredient. It is available in many shapes, forms, and textures, and is often used to mimic the texture and color of the meat of Lobster meat, lobster, Crab meat, crab, grilled Japanese eel, or shellfish.
