EastLink is a tolled section of the M3 freeway linking a large area through the eastern and south-eastern suburbs of Melbourne, Australia. EastLink is electronically tolled with no cash booths, using a system developed by SICE. The SICE Tolling System is similar to (and interoperable with) the '' e-TAG'' system used on the CityLink tollway. Morell Bridge
The Morell Bridge is an arch bridge over the Yarra River in South Yarra, Melbourne, Victoria, Australia. Completed in 1899 by John Monash and J. T. N. Anderson, it is notable as the first bridge in Victoria that was built using reinforced concrete. It features decorations on the three arch spans, including large dragon motifs and ornamental Victorian lights. The gutters on the bridge are cobbled bluestone, with a single lane bitumen strip running down the middle. The bridge is listed on the Victorian Heritage Register. Originally known as the Anderson Street bridge, it was named the Morell Bridge in 1936 after Sir Stephen Morell, who was a prominent Victorian businessman and Lord Mayor of Melbourne between 1926 and 1928. The Outer Circle Trail, also known as the Anniversary Trail, is a shared use path for cycling, cyclists and pedestrians, which partly follows the Alamein line through the inner eastern suburbs of Melbourne, Victoria (state), Victoria, Australia. The Bay Trail is a shared use path for cyclists and pedestrians which follows the coastline of Port Phillip Bay through the south-eastern suburbs of Melbourne, Victoria, Australia. The trail begins at Austin Road, Seaford near the Edithvale-Seaford Wetlands viewing platform and travels north. The trail ends just north of the West Gate Bridge in Port Melbourne. On weekends, a punt ferries pedestrians and bicycles across the Yarra River to Spotswood in the city's west. North of Brighton, the path is split into separate facilities for pedestrians and cyclists, which are also popular with inline skaters.
