Bhadarva State
Bhadarva (Bhadarwa) is a village in Savli Taluka in Vadodara District of Gujarat, India. Geography Bhadarva is located on the banks of the Mahi (Mahisagar) River. It is 27 km north of the district headquarters at Vadodara. 13 km from Savli, and 108 km from the State capital Gandhinagar. Savli
Savli is a village near Vadodara, Gujarat in Western India. It is located near one of the Gujarat Industrial Development Corporation centres, which includes companies such as Nirma Chemical, Bombardier Transportation (now acquired by Alstom) coach factory, ABB India, Voith Hydro, Thermax, etc. A branch of Santram Mandir is also located in this village near the Mahi River. Economy Gujarat Industrial Development Corporation (GIDC) owned industrial estate spread over 800 hectares housing several engineering- and electronics-related multinational companies. The region has gained prominence since it falls on the Savli-Halol route of the Delhi–Mumbai Industrial Corridor Project (DMIC). Vadodara
Vadodara (), also known as Baroda, is the second largest city in the Indian state of Gujarat. Mahi River
The Mahi is a river in western India. It rises in Madhya Pradesh and, after flowing through the Vagad region of Rajasthan, enters Gujarat and flows into the Arabian Sea. It is one of the relatively few west-flowing rivers in India, alongside the endorheic Luni River, the Sabarmati River, the Tapi River and the Narmada River. Most peninsular rivers in India flow eastward into the Bay of Bengal or northward into the Ganges River. It has given its name to the Mahi Kantha agency of Bombay, and also to the mehwasis, marauding highlanders often mentioned in Arabian chronicles.
