Beverly Drive Station
Beverly Drive station is an under construction, underground rapid transit (known locally as a subway) station on the D Line of the Los Angeles Metro Rail system. It is currently under construction as part of the D Line Extension project, in Beverly Hills, California. Construction started in 2018 as part of Section 2 of the extension project. It is slated to open in 2026. The station is being built at the site of the former Ace Gallery on the southwest corner of Wilshire Boulevard and Reeves Drive in Beverly Hills. History Construction of Beverly Drive station, known in planning as Wilshire/Rodeo station, was officially kicked off on September 23, 2019. On March 31, 2020, the Beverly Hills City Council approved a proposal from the Los Angeles County Metropolitan Transportation Authority to fully close the two blocks of Wilshire Boulevard needed to facilitate the station's construction, taking advantage of lower traffic levels resulting from the COVID-19 pandemic in California. ...

Wilshire Boulevard (['wɪɫ.ʃɚ]) is a prominent boulevard in the Los Angeles area of Southern California, extending from Ocean Avenue (Santa Monica), Ocean Avenue in the city of Santa Monica, California, Santa Monica east to Grand Avenue (Los Angeles), Grand Avenue in the Financial District, Los Angeles, Financial District of downtown Los Angeles. K Line (Los Angeles Metro)
The K Line is a light rail line in Los Angeles County, California. It is one of six lines in the Los Angeles Metro Rail system operated by the Los Angeles County Metropolitan Transportation Authority (Metro), and is the newest named line in the system, having opened on October 7, 2022. The line runs roughly north-south between Jefferson Park and the city of Redondo Beach, passing through the neighborhoods of Westchester, South Los Angeles, and the city of Inglewood. It also provides service to the Los Angeles International Airport through the LAX/Metro Transit Center. Spago
Spago is Wolfgang Puck's flagship restaurant worldwide, known for serving California cuisine. Spago is Puck's first restaurant venture. Name and history The word "spago" is Italian for "string" or "twine". The plural would be "spaghi," which is the beginning of "spaghetti", and suggests that pasta is on the menu. The first Spago location opened in 1982, on the Sunset Strip in West Hollywood, California, with Mark Peel as chef de cuisine under Puck. The second Spago restaurant opened at The Forum Shops at Caesars Palace, on the Las Vegas Strip in 1992. It was closed in 2017 and relocated to Bellagio Las Vegas in spring 2018. Beverly Cañon Gardens
Beverly Cañon Gardens is a public park in Beverly Hills, California. Location The address is 241 North Cañon Drive. The park runs from Cañon Drive to Beverly Drive and spans 33,000 square feet. On one side is the Montage Beverly Hills and on the other side is Bouchon (restaurant), Bouchon, chef Thomas Keller's restaurant. History The park was created by the developers of the Montage Beverly Hills hotel. It has landscaped gardens (including sycamores, topiary, topiaries and tulip trees), walkways with colonnades on each side, and dining tables. The fountain in the center was handcarved in Israel. In the summer, the city organizes 'Concerts on Canon', a series of weekly concerts, as well as Sunday Movie Nights, both of which take place in the park.
