Bernhausen
Bernhausen is a former municipality in the Esslingen (district), Esslingen district, in Baden-Württemberg, Germany.
It was first recorded in year 1089 as ''Berinhusen''.
In 1975 it was merged with the municipalities Bonlanden, Plattenhardt, Sielmingen and Harthausen, Baden-Württemberg, Harthausen to form the new town Filderstadt. Bernhausen is today a quartier of that town, formally named Filderstadt-Bernhausen. It has 13,216 inhabitants. Line S2 of the Stuttgart S-Bahn terminates at Filderstadt station in Bernhausen.

Filderstadt Station
Filderstadt station (called Bernhausen station until 28 May 1983) is the end point of the Stuttgart-Rohr–Filderstadt railway, railway from Stuttgart-Rohr. Line S 2 of the Stuttgart S-Bahn terminates here. History In 1891 the Filder Railway Company () planned a new railway from Möhringen to Echterdingen station, Echterdingen. At the same time a local railway (''Lokalbahn'') committee was established, with participants from Neuhausen auf den Fildern, Neuhausen, Bernhausen, Sielmingen, Obersielmingen, Sielmingen, Untersielmingen and Denkendorf, Baden-Württemberg, Denkendorf, which supported an extension from Echterdingen to Zell (Esslingen am Neckar), Zell am Neckar. It persisted but without success. Instead, the State government approved the establishment of the metre gauge Stuttgart-Möhringen–Neuhausen auf den Fildern railway, Möhringen-Neuhausen line on 14 April 1896. Esslingen (district)
Esslingen is a (district) in the centre of Baden-Württemberg, Germany. Neighboring districts are (from north clockwise) Rems-Murr, Göppingen (district), Göppingen, Reutlingen (district), Reutlingen, Böblingen (district), Böblingen and the district-free city Stuttgart. Until 15 October 1964, the district's name was officially written as Landkreis Eßlingen. Bonlanden is a former municipality in the Esslingen (district), Esslingen district, in Baden-Württemberg, Germany.
It was first recorded in the 12th century as ''Bonlandum''.
In 1975 it was merged with the municipalities Bernhausen, Plattenhardt, Sielmingen and Harthausen, Baden-Württemberg, Harthausen to form the new town Filderstadt. Bonlanden is today a quartier of Filderstadt, formally named Filderstadt-Bonlanden. It has 10,296 inhabitants.

Plattenhardt is a former municipality in the Esslingen (district), Esslingen district, in Baden-Württemberg, Germany. It was first recorded in year 1269 as ''Blatinhart''. In 1975 it was merged with the municipalities Bernhausen, Bonlanden, Sielmingen and Harthausen, Baden-Württemberg, Harthausen to form the new town Filderstadt. Plattenhardt is today a quarter of Filderstadt, formally named Filderstadt-Plattenhardt. It has 8,482 inhabitants and is located 27 km from Stuttgart. Filderstadt (; Swabian German, Swabian: ''Fildorsdadd'') is a town in the Esslingen (district), district of Esslingen in Baden-Württemberg in southern Germany. It is located approximately 13 km south of Stuttgart. Filderstadt is located next to the Stuttgart Airport and the new Stuttgart Trade Fair, Trade Fair.
