Bernard C. Wolter
Bernard Charles Wolter (February 26, 1852March 31, 1936) was a German American immigrant, businessman, and Republican politician. He was the 30th mayor of Appleton, Wisconsin, and represented Outagamie County Outagamie County is a county in the northeast region of the U.S. state of Wisconsin. Neenah () is a city in Winnebago County, Wisconsin, in the north central United States. It is situated on the banks of Lake Winnebago, Little Lake Butte des Morts, and the Fox River, approximately forty miles (60 km) southwest of Green Bay.
