Benjamin Haddad (; born 23 October 1985) is a French politician who has served as Minister Delegate for European Affairs in the governments of successive Prime Ministers Michel Barnier and François Bayrou since 2024. A member of Renaissance (RE), he previously served in the National Assembly from 2022 to 2024, representing Paris's 14th constituency, which encompasses most of its 16th arrondissement. Hudson Institute is an American Conservatism in the United States, conservative think tank based in Washington, D.C. It was founded in 1961 in Croton-on-Hudson, New York, by futurist Herman Kahn and his colleagues at the RAND Corporation.
