Pavel Alexeyevich Belov (Russian: Павел Алексеевич Белов; 18 February 1897 – 3 December 1963) was a Soviet Army, Soviet Army colonel Colonel general, general and a Hero of the Soviet Union. Alexander Alexandrovich Belov, commonly known as Sasha Belov (November 9, 1951 – October 3, 1978), was a Soviet basketball player. During his playing career, he played at the center position. Sergei Alexandrovich Belov (russian: Серге́й Алекса́ндрович Бело́в; 23 January 1944 – 3 October 2013) was a Russian professional basketball player, most noted for playing for CSKA Moscow and the senior Soviet Union national basketball team. Alexander Fyodorovich Belov (Russian: Александр Фёдорович Белов; 30 November 1923 – 5 April 1980) was a Red Army Sergeant during World War II and a Hero of the Soviet Union. Drafted into the Red Army, Belov fought in combat from 1942 and was awarded the title for raising a red flag on the East Prussia border. Postwar, he worked as a driver after being demobilized. Nikolay Nikanorovich Belov (russian: Никола́й Никано́рович Бело́в; 6 December 1896 – 9 August 1941) was a Red Army World War II major-general who commanded the 15th Motorized Rifle Division / 15th Rifle Division. Belov was wounded during the German invasion of the Soviet Union on 4 August 1941, but chose to remain with his men rather than escape the battle by aircraft. Ivan Panfilovich Belov (Russian:Иван Панфилович Белов; 27 June 1893 – 29 June 1938) was a Soviet military commander and Komandarm 1st rank. He was born in what is now Vologda Oblast. He fought in the Imperial Russian Army during World War I and later in the Red Army during the Russian Civil War. He received the Order of the Red Banner twice (1920 and 1921).
