Bekkhan Barakhoyev
Bekkhan Abdulkhamidovich Barakhoyev (russian: Бекха́н Абдулхами́дович Барахо́ев; born 1 August 1973, Nazran, Checheno-Ingush Autonomous Soviet Socialist Republic) is a Russian political figure, deputy of the 8th State Duma convocation. In 1994 he graduated from the Chechen-Ingush State University. Barakhoyev started his political career in 2000 when he was appointed an assistant adviser to the first Head of the Republic of Ingushetia Ruslan Aushev. From 2004 to 2011, he served as an assistant to the State Duma deputy Valery Vostrotin; in 2011–2016, he occupied the same position but for the deputy Joseph Kobzon. Until 2021 he was a vice president of the News Outdoor Group's subsidiary CJSC "Olimp" (russian: ЗАО "Олимп"). Since September 2021, he has served as a deputy of the 8th State Duma convocation. 8th State Duma
The State Duma of the Federal Assembly of the Russian Federation of the 8th convocation (russian: Государственная Дума Федерального Собрания Российской Федерации восьмого созыва) is the current convocation of the lower house of Russian parliament. The composition of the 8th State Duma was determined based on the results of the 2021 legislative election. Elections were held using a mixed system: 225 deputies were elected on party lists and 225 — in single-member constituencies. Of the 14 parties that participated in the elections, only 5 were able to overcome the 5% barrier. And for the first time since 1999, more than four parties were able to form their own factions. Nazran
, ''Näsare'') is the largest city in the Republic of Ingushetia, Russia. It served as the republic's capital in 1991–2000, until it was replaced with Magas, which was specially built for this purpose. It is the most populous city in the republic: History 18th–20th centuries Nazran was founded in the 18th century. Ruslan Sultanovich Aushev (russian: Русла́н Султа́нович А́ушев; inh, Руслан Султана Овшанаькъан; born 29 October 1954) is a former politician. He was the president of Ingushetia from March 1993 to December 2001. He was reportedly the youngest officer in the Soviet army to reach the rank of lieutenant general. He was awarded the title Hero of the Soviet Union on 7 May 1982 for his actions in Afghanistan.
