Behexen Albums
Behexen is a Finnish black metal band founded in 1994. They adopted a more traditional approach to black metal by incorporating raw characteristics. Their first full-length release was ''Rituale Satanum'', released in 2000 and followed by ''By the Blessing of Satan'' in 2004. They have also released a split with Horna (12" LP limited to 500 and CD 1000 copies) and a 3-vinyl set ''From the Devil's Chalice'' (limited to 666 copies). Behexen toured Europe in 2005, as a support act to Archgoat. Satanic ideology and influences Behexen adopts to highly satanic lyrics and imagery. Vocalist and lyricist Hoath Torog identifies himself as a satanist. Torog explained in an interview following the release of their album ''Nightside Emanations'', "Behexen is a magical tool and channel formed in 1995, which brings the voices of our gods to be heard, and works as an intermediary for their destructive emanations on this world. Nosturi
Nosturi ( Finnish for " crane") was a culture and music hall and a nightclub in the Punavuori district of Helsinki, Finland. It was owned by the Association of Live Music (''Elävän musiikin yhdistys'', ELMU). The hall was located at the seaside in Hietalahti next to the Hietalahti shipyard in an old cargo terminal building. It got its name from the old crane (Hietalahti crane number 6) located right next to it. Many popular live music festivals were held at Nosturi throughout the years. The ELMU had its premises in Nosturi from 1999 to 2019. Before that it operated in the legendary Lepakko nearby. Over the years, many bands played there, most notably HIM, Children of Bodom, Apulanta, Lordi, Laibach, Bloodhound Gang, CKY, Iconcrash, Anthrax, Motörhead, Papa Roach, DragonForce, Ensiferum, Stam1na, Jenni Vartiainen, Elastinen, Iso H, Hanoi Rocks and Turisas. Nosturi was dismantled in 2020 when the easternmost part of the former dock area, ''Telakkaranta'', will be ...

Samhain (band)
Samhain was an American rock band formed by singer Glenn Danzig in 1983, immediately following his departure from Misfits. Glenn Danzig originally planned Samhain as a side project with Eerie Von. After the Misfits' contentious 1983 dissolution, Samhain became Danzig's full-time band. Samhain catalogs a transitional period in Glenn Danzig's musical career, bridging the gap between the punk rock/horror punk of the Misfits and the dark, heavy metal- and blues-influenced sound of Danzig. Samhain's lyrics were much darker than those of the Misfits, with themes rooted in paganism and the occult and eventually the horrors of reality, as opposed to the sometimes cartoonish ghouls and ghosts of the Misfits. Both Samhain and its successor, Danzig, use the same horned skull image originally drawn by artist Michael Golden for the cover of the 1984 comic book '' The Saga of Crystar'' No. 8, published by Marvel Comics. The font often used in the name logo of Samhain, and later ...
