Beenie Gunter
Baguma Crescent, popularly known as Beenie Gunter, is a Ugandan reggae dancehall artist, commonly known for his hit songs ''Pon Mi'' and ''Olina Work'', the latter, a collaboration with Nigerian artist Skales. He released his 25 track debut studio album ''No Fear'' in 2019 that featured artists like Skales and Lydia Jazmine. Career Gunter recorded his debut single ''No Offence'' with Producer Emon of South Side Studios released under Jahlovd Label in 2013. He later worked with Ugandan video director Sasha Vybz under his Savvy Music label until 2015, when he joined another record label called Stain. He recorded ''Lose Control'' under Stain record label and later that year left Stain to start his new record label, Guntalk City Movement. Kyenjojo is a town in the Western Region of Uganda. It is the main municipal, administrative, and commercial center of Kyenjojo District and the site of the district headquarters. Pius Mayanja known by his stage name Pallaso is a Ugandan recording artist, songwriter, producer and videographer. He sings in Luganda, mixes with English and sometimes Kiswahili. His music genre specialty is Afrobeats, Hip hop, Dancehall, Afropop, and RnB. His musical journey started back in 2000 when he started out at Leone Island, a musical group owned by his older brother, Dr. Jose Chameleone. Radio & Weasel is a Ugandan dynamic Duo under Goodlyfe Crew a Ugandan music group with lead performers being singers Moses Radio (born Moses Nakintije Ssekibogo) and easel Manizo(born Douglas Mayanja). Daniel Lubwama Kigozi (popularly known as Navio, born 18 October 1983) is a Ugandan rapper and record producer. Starting off his career, he was part of the award-winning hip hop group Klear Kut that introduced the term "Ugaflow" to describe Uganda's hip hop scene. Nyege Nyege
Nyege Nyege is a collective in Kampala, Uganda that promotes outsider music, primarily electronic, by African artists. It was founded in 2013 by expats Arlen Dilsizian and Derek Debru. In addition to organizing ongoing parties and an artist residency, the collective runs two record labels and a multi-day annual festival. Its name refers to a Luganda word describing "a sudden, uncontrollable urge to dance." History Debru was born in Burundi but grew up in Belgium, moving to Uganda in 2010 to teach at the Kampala Film School. Major Lazer is an American electronic dance music DJ trio, which includes record producer Diplo, and DJs Walshy Fire and Ape Drums.
