"Beatrice" is a song by Italian rapper Tedua with featured vocals by singer Annalisa. It was included in ''Paradiso'', the re-issue of Tedua's third album ''La Divina Commedia'', and released as a radio single on 6 September 2024. The song is written by the artists with Madame (singer), Madame, Federica Abbate, Giorgio De Lauri, and Luca Di Biasi. It is inspired by Beatrice Portinari, Beatrice, the woman loved by poet Dante Alighieri. The song topped the Italian Singles Chart and was certified double platinum. Mario Molinari born 21 February 1994 in Genova, known professionally as Tedua, is an Italian singer, songwriter, rapper and actor. Initially also known as Duate, Tedua is known as one of the members of the collective Wild Bandana, along with Izi (rapper), Izi, Vaz Té, Sangue and Ill Rave. Biography Tedua, pseudonym of Mario Molinari, was born in Genoa. At the age of three he was entrusted to a family, with whom the young Mario stayed for a very short span of time. Beatrice "Bice" di Folco Portinari (; 1265 – 8 or 19 June 1290) was an Italian woman who has been commonly identified as the principal inspiration for Dante Alighieri's '' Vita Nuova'', and is also identified with the Beatrice who acts as his guide in the last book of his narrative poem the ''Divine Comedy'' (''La Divina Commedia''), '' Paradiso'', and during the conclusion of the preceding '' Purgatorio''.
