Eliot Dubock, best known as Beat Butcha, is an English producer, disc jockey and songwriter best known for his production work for SZA, The Carters, Brent Faiyaz, Dreamville, Banks, Tyler, the Creator, and various members of the New York-based Griselda Records hip-hop collective, among others. Shante Scott Franklin (born April 4, 1981), better known by his stage name Currensy (often stylized as Curren$y), is an American rapper. In 2011, he founded the label Jet Life Recordings. Early life Young Roddy was born and raised in Kenner, Louisiana, New Orleans Metropolitan Area in Jefferson Parish. Growing up, Roddy was an avid basketball player and aspired to play professionally.
