Beach Blast (1992)
Beach Blast (1992) was the inaugural Beach Blast professional wrestling pay-per-view event produced by World Championship Wrestling (WCW). It took place on June 20, 1992 in the Mobile Civic Center in Mobile, Alabama. The show included two main events: Ricky Steamboat and Rick Rude faced off in a 30-minute Iron Man Challenge as the culmination of a long running feud, and The Steiner Brothers defended their WCW World Tag Team Championship against Terry Gordy and Steve Williams. In 2014, All WCW pay-per-views were made available on the WWE Network. The Miracle Violence Connection
The Miracle Violence Connection was a professional wrestling tag team consisting of "Dr. Death" Steve Williams and Terry "Bam Bam" Gordy. History Jim Crockett Promotions (1987) The team originally formed on July 9, 1987, in Jim Crockett Promotions, defeating Dick Murdoch and Eddie Gilbert. They would wrestle six times together, all against Gilbert and Murdoch, winning every match but the last one, which Gilbert and Murdoch won, before disbanding. All Japan Pro Wrestling (1990-1993) The team reunited in All Japan Pro Wrestling (AJPW) in 1990 and quickly became a top tag team for the next several years under the name the Miracle Violence Connection. In professional wrestling, a heel (also known as a ''rudo'' in ''lucha libre'') is a wrestler who portrays a villain, "bad guy", or "rulebreaker", and acts as an antagonist to the faces, who are the heroic protagonist or "good guy" characters. Not everything a heel wrestler does must be villainous: heels need only to be booed or jeered by the audience to be effective characters, although most truly successful heels embrace other aspects of their devious personalities, such as cheating to win or using foreign objects. Bill Watts
William F. Watts Jr. (born May 5, 1939) is a retired American professional wrestler, promoter and former American football player. Watts garnered fame under his "Cowboy" gimmick in his wrestling career, and then as a promoter in the Mid-South United States, which grew to become the Universal Wrestling Federation (UWF).
