Be Quick 1887
Be Quick 1887 is a football club based in Groningen, Netherlands. Currently members of the Vierde Divisie, the fifth tier of the Dutch football league system, the club was established in 1887, and the first team play their home matches at the 12,000-capacity Stadion Esserberg. The club's colours are yellow and red. Be Quick won the 1919–20 Netherlands Football League Championship, becoming the first and only club from the Northern Netherlands to win the Dutch top-flight title. Tweede Divisie
Tweede Divisie (; ) is the highest amateur (and historically the lowest professional) football league in the Netherlands. It was established in 1956, together with the Eredivisie and the Eerste Divisie. Between 1956 and 1960 and between 1962 and 1966, the league consisted of two divisions, Tweede Divisie A and Tweede Divisie B. The league was disbanded in 1971. Six clubs were promoted to the Eerste Divisie (AVV De Volewijckers, De Volewijckers, FC Eindhoven, VVV-Venlo, FC VVV, Fortuna Vlaardingen, PEC Zwolle, PEC and Roda JC Kerkrade, Roda JC), while the other eleven teams became amateur clubs. 1959–60 Tweede Divisie
The Dutch Tweede Divisie in the 1959–60 season was contested by 25 teams, twelve of which playing in group A, thirteen in group B. Eight teams would play against relegation this season in a play-off. Two teams already had to play in it on the basis of last season's results: ONA and Velocitas 1897. The other six participants were the lowest ranked teams of this season. The changes were part of an attempt by the KNVB to make the Tweede Divisie one league next year. Eredivisie
The Eredivisie (; "Honour Division" or "Premier Division") is a professional association football league in the Netherlands and the highest level of the Dutch football league system. The league was founded in 1956, two years after the start of professional football in the Netherlands. As of the 2024–25 season, it is UEFA coefficient#Men's association coefficient, ranked the sixth-best league in Europe by UEFA. The Eredivisie consists of 18 clubs. Haren, Groningen
Haren (; ) is a town and a former municipality in the northeastern Netherlands. It is located in the direct urban area of the City of Groningen and, in January 2019, was merged into municipality of Groningen. Haren is a commuting town with many wealthy inhabitants. It lies on the northern part of a ridge of sand called the Hondsrug. The Derde Divisie (; ), formerly known as Topklasse (; ), is the fourth tier of football in the Netherlands, which had its inaugural season as a third tier in 2010–11 and as a fourth tier in 2016–17.
