Batu Maung
Batu Maung is a residential neighbourhood in the States and federal territories of Malaysia, Malaysian state of Penang. It is located south of the Central George Town, Penang, city centre, adjacent to Bayan Lepas and the Penang International Airport. Batu Maung is home to the island terminus of the Sultan Abdul Halim Muadzam Shah Bridge, Second Penang Bridge and the southern end of the Tun Dr Lim Chong Eu Expressway. It is also surrounded by fishing villages such as Permatang Damar Laut and Teluk Tempoyak. Formerly an agricultural village, the development of Batu Maung into a residential neighbourhood began in the late 20th century. Part of the Bayan Lepas Free Industrial Zone actually lies within the township, which also houses the headquarters of WorldFish Center and a deepwater fishing port. Teluk Tempoyak
Teluk Tempoyak is a coastal village within the city of George Town in the Malaysian state of Penang. It is located near the southeastern tip of Penang Island, about south of the city centre. The village lies just south of Batu Maung and faces the Penang Strait to the east. Transportation Jalan Teluk Tempoyak is the sole road that runs through the fishing village, branching out from Jalan Permatang Damar Laut and snaking through the village towards the sparsely populated southeastern tip of Penang Island. Sungai Nibong is a residential neighbourhood within the city of George Town in the Malaysian state of Penang. It lies near the eastern coast of Penang Island, about south of the city centre. Bayan Baru
Bayan Baru is a neighbourhood of George Town, Penang, George Town in the States and federal territories of Malaysia, Malaysian state of Penang. Located south of the Central George Town, Penang, city centre, it lies within the suburb of Bayan Lepas, and adjacent to the Bayan Lepas Free Industrial Zone, Relau, Sungai Ara and Bukit Jambul. Seberang Perai
Seberang Perai is a city in the Malaysian state of Penang. Located on the Malay Peninsula and separated from Penang Island by the Penang Strait, it shares borders with Kedah to the north and east and Perak to the south.
