Bashir Safaroglu
Bashir Safaroglu Safaroglu (Azerbaijan: Bəşir Səfəroğlu, 1925–1969) was an Azerbaijani Soviet theater and film actor. He was part of the Azerbaijan Musical Comedy Theater, People's Artist of Azerbaijan SSR (1968). He was the father of People's Artist of Azerbaijan Afag Bashirgyzy. Early life Safaroglu was born on 11 March 1925 in Rustov, Quba District. He grew up in a poor family. He lost his father early, and his grandmother raised him and his siblings. His stage debut took place in early childhood at the Abilov Culture Center, where his grandmother worked as a dressmaker. At age nine he played the role of Gunduz in the amateur performance ''Sevil'' by Jafar Jabbarli. He visited the theatrical circle of Agaali Dadashev. People's Artist
People's Artist is an honorary title in the Soviet Union, Union republics, in some other Eastern bloc states (and communist states in general), as well as in a number of post-Soviet states, modeled after the title of the People's Artist of the USSR. Afag Bashirgyzy ( az, Afaq Bəşirqızı), born Afag Bashir gyzy Safarova (1955, Baku, az, Afaq Bəşir qızı Səfərova), is an Azerbaijani actress. Life and career Afag Bashirgyzy was born in 1955 to the family of a renowned Azerbaijani comedian, Bashir Safaroglu. In 1974 - 1979, she studied at the Cultural Education faculty of Azerbaijan State University of Culture and Arts. She started her acting career in 1973 at the Lenkoran State Drama Theater, soon gaining a reputation of a talented actress. In 1975, she moved to Sumgait to work at the Sumgait Drama Theater. Starring mainly in comedies, Afaq Bashirgyzy was listed as one of the top Azerbaijani comedian actresses. Quba District (; az, Quba rayonu) is one of the 66 districts of Azerbaijan. It is located in the north-east of the country and belongs to the Guba-Khachmaz Economic Region. Lutfali Amir oglu Abdullayev ( az, Lütfəli Abdullayev) (22 March 1914, Nukha, Elisabethpol Governorate – 9 December 1973, Baku) was an Azerbaijani theatre and film actor. Career Lutfali Abdullayev was born into a merchant family in the city of Nukha, presently known as Shaki. Tajikfilm ( tg, Тоҷикфилм, russian: Таджикфильм) is a Tajik (former Soviet) film studio. Tajikfilm was founded in 1930 as a newsreel studio; the studio released its first feature film in 1932 and its first talky in 1935. In 1941 Tajikfilm merged with Soyuzdetfilm, only to reemerge in 1943. The studio produced films in both Russian and Tajik. The studio is based in Dushanbe, Tajikistan. Since 1993, not a single film has been shot at the film studio due to lack of funding. The film studio staff survived on small international orders for video films and videos. Aliagha Aghayev ( az, Əliağa Ağayev; March 22, 1913 – November 13, 1983) was a Soviet and Azerbaijani actor. He was awarded the People's Artist of the Azerbaijan SSR. He was famous for his comedy roles. About Aliagha Aghayev was born on March 22, 1913 in Baku, Russian Empire.
