Barry Dunaway
Barry Dunaway is an American rock bassist, vocalist, and composer. His professional music career dates back to his early 1970s roles in groups Cheyenne and Bittersweet, and he performed with bands fronted by artists Pat Travers, Joe Lynn Turner, and Yngwie Malmsteen in the 1980s. Dunaway has played bass guitar in the band 38 Special since 2013. Early life Dunaway was born to James Melvin Dunaway and Irma May Provost, both of whom served in the United States Coast Guard. At the age of 15 Dunaway played with his brother Don Oja-Dunaway in the bands Cheyenne and Bittersweet, performing at local venues like Raven Gallery and Bistro. Dunaway and his brother Don eventually formed the band Chuffa with their sister Sharon on vocals and keyboards. Separately from his family, Dunaway played bass guitar in the Atlanta folk rock group Silverman at age 17. Saraya (band)
Saraya was an American hard rock band, based in New Jersey and featuring singer Sandi Saraya, guitarist Tony "Bruno" Rey, keyboardist Gregg Munier, bassist Gary Taylor, and drummer Chuck Bonfante. The band is best known for their 1989 song "Love Has Taken Its Toll". History In 1987, Sandi Saraya and keyboardist Gregg Munier began performing under the name Alsace Lorraine. They eventually travelled to Los Angeles in search of stardom, changing their name to Saraya, because Sandi was the face of the band. After a short stint in Los Angeles, the band returned to New Jersey where Saraya and Munier spent the next year writing material for their debut album. Anders Johansson (born 25 May 1962) is a Swedish musician, best known as the former drummer of HammerFall and Yngwie Malmsteen's Rising Force. He currently plays in the power metal band Tungsten. He is the son of jazz pianist Jan Johansson, and brother of Stratovarius and Rainbow keyboardist Jens Johansson. Biography Anders Johansson was born in Stockholm. He and his mum and younger brother later moved to Malmö after his father died in a car accident. The first instrument he played was the piano, but at the age of 14, after a bicycle accident, he switched to drums. From 1979 through 1982 he attended an electronics engineering school.
