Barnt
Daniel Ansorge (born 1978 in Kiel), better known by stage name Barnt, is a German DJ, electronic musician and record label owner from Cologne, Germany. Career Ansorge began releasing music as Barnt in 2010 on his label Magazine, which he had founded the same year with Jens-Uwe Beyer and Crato. His debut album ''Magazine 13.'' was released on Magazine in 2014 and received generally favorable reviews. Barnt has toured around 40 countries, shows include festivals like Montreux Jazz Festival or Sónar Bogotá and clubs like Berghain or Fabric. Celine, Chanel, Dior, Givenchy, Moschino and other fashion houses have used Barnt's music to soundtrack their runway shows and ad campaigns. Popnoname is the artist name of Jens-Uwe Beyer (born 1978 in Fehmarn). He lives in Cologne. Apart from his regular releases on Kompakt's ''Pop Ambient'' series, he has had a number of 12" releases on Cologne-based labels, including Firm Records, Firm and Italic Records, Italic. His debut album ''White Album'' (Italic) was released in 2007, and got loads of positive reviews from the German and international press. "Loud Places" is a song by English electronic music producer Jamie xx, with featured vocals from Romy Madley Croft, his bandmate in the xx. It is the eighth track on Jamie xx's album '' In Colour'' and was released as one of its singles on 27 March 2015. A music video for the song was released on the same day through YouTube. Tale of Us is an Italian music production and DJ duo consisting of Carmine Conte (MRAK) and Matteo Milleri (Anyma). They are based in Berlin, Germany. Career Carmine Conte was born in Toronto and Matteo Milleri in New York. They both moved to Italy at a young age and met in Milan in 2008 while studying sound engineering at the SAE Institute. Michael Mayer (musician)
Michael Mayer (born 11 December 1971) is an electronic musician from Cologne, Germany. Mayer is a remixer, DJ and producer, and has released several singles on the Kompakt music label, working with founder Wolfgang Voigt. Mayer has also released music on Kompakt-related labels New Trance Atlantic and Kreisel 99. Biography Mayer was born and raised in Black Forest, Germany. At the age of 20, he moved to Cologne. With the help of Wolfgang and Reinhardt Voigt, he established Kompakt. In 2003, he released a pair of mixes. The first was based on several releases in Kompakt's "Speicher" series, while the second was commissioned by London's Fabric series. The following year, Mayer released a second Speicher mix and finally delivered his long-promised debut album of productions.
