Barbara Sarafian
Barbara Sarafian (born 16 April 1968) is a Belgian actress. She began her career in radio programmes, including ''Sonja Duplex'' from Studio Brussel and (The New World) from Radio 1. In Flanders, her television debut in the much-repeated series (Everything Can Be Better, 1998) often places her in a comic context. She made her international debut in Peter Greenaway's 8½ Women (1999). She also appeared in ''Fortress 2'' (2000) and in Roman Coppola's '' CQ'' (2001). She received a Best Actress award for her role as Matty in the film '' Collision in Moscow''. In 2015 she won a Flemish Television Star for "Best actress" for her performance in the series (In Flemish fields). Film Fest Ghent
Film Fest Ghent, spelt Film Fest Gent in Flemish and also known as International Film Fest Gent, is an annual international film festival in Ghent, Belgium. The festival held its first edition in 1974, under the name Internationaal Filmgebeuren Gent, and has since grown into the largest film festival in Belgium. The festival also puts the spotlight on film music; since 2001, Film Fest Ghent has hosted the World Soundtrack Awards, a series of prizes for the best soundtracks for film and television. The festival takes place every year in October, with an international jury awarding the Grand Prix for Best Film and the Georges Delerue Award for Best Soundtrack or Sound Design. ''The Over the Hill Band'' is a 2009 Belgian drama film directed by Geoffrey Enthoven. Main roles are played by Marilou Mermans, Lea Couzin, Lut Tomsin, Lucas Van den Eynde and Jan Van Looveren. Plot Claire, a 70-year-old woman, and her husband have a car accident in which last one dies. On the day of his funeral, Claire is reunited with Lut and Magda. The Point Men (2001 Film)
''The Point Men'' is a 2001 action crime thriller film by John Glen, the director of all the James Bond films in the 1980s. He cast Maryam d'Abo, the leading Bond girl from his film ''The Living Daylights'' (1987), in a small role in this film. Plot Tony Eckhardt is shot in an anti-terrorist operation and insists that the man killed during the operation was not their intended target, the terrorist Amar Kamil. Kamil undergoes extensive facial reconstruction surgery to look like a man kidnapped to take the fall for an assassination planned to take place during an upcoming press conference. Members of the Israeli team are being killed off and Eckhardt pursues Kamil while hoping to stay alive to raise his unborn daughter.
