Bala Kailasam
Bala Kailasam (26 October 1960 – 15 August 2014) was an Indian documentary filmmaker and playwright who worked mainly in the Tamil cinema, Tamil film industry. He was the son of Tamil filmmaker K. Balachander, Kailasam Balachander. Education Bala Kailasam graduated in Electronics and Communication engineering, Electronics and Communication Engineering from the University of Madras in 1983 and trained in Film and Video Production at the University of Iowa in Iowa City, Iowa, Iowa City. Career Bala Kailasam was the Creative and Business Head of Min Bimbangal Productions Private Limited, which has produced TV programs in Tamil, Telugu language, Telugu, Malayalam, Kannada and Hindi. He was also the Creative Head of Puthiya Thalaimurai TV, Puthiya Thalaimurai TV, 24-hour news channel in Tamil from 2011 to 2013. Nannilam
Nannilam is a panchayat town in Thiruvarur District in the Indian state of Tamil Nadu. It is the headquarters town for Nannilam Taluk. The town is a main hub for the nearby villages. Many of the population are farmers. Nannilam is located 30 km west of Karaikal and 30 km east of Kumbakonam. ''Ramany vs Ramany'' (also known as ''Ramani Vs Ramani'') is a Tamil-language sitcom, directed by Naga and produced by K. Balachander under the banner Min Bimbangal. It is the first ever Tamil comedy play in the "sitcom" format. The sitcom follows the happenings in the daily life of a wife and a husband both named Ramany. Mr. Ramany is an innocent sales respresentative while Mrs. Ramany is a housewife who complains about how she wants a better husband. The first season starred Vasuki Anand and Prithvi Raj. Madras Presidency
The Madras Presidency, or the Presidency of Fort St. George, also known as Madras Province, was an administrative subdivision (presidency) of British India. At its greatest extent, the presidency included most of southern India, including the whole of the Indian states of Tamil Nadu, Andhra state and some parts of Kerala, Karnataka, Odisha and the union territory of Lakshadweep.
