Bailey Patrick is an English actor known for playing bad boy Mike Rendon in the British soap opera ''EastEnders'' and taking a lead role as DC Rob in the BBC television series '' London Kills'' (2019) and as Callum in the BBC One television drama series '' The Nest'' (2020). ''Peter Pan Goes Wrong'' is a comedy play by Henry Lewis, Jonathan Sayer, and Henry Shields of the Mischief Theatre company, creators of '' The Play That Goes Wrong'' (2012). Premise The fictitious Cornley Polytechnic Drama Society attempts to stage a production of the 1904 J. M. Barrie play ''Peter and Wendy'', which is repeatedly ruined by the amateurism and personal rivalries of the cast and crew and the insistence that the director believes it is a serious play rather than a pantomime. Shakespeare's Globe
Shakespeare's Globe is a reconstruction of the Globe Theatre, an Elizabethan playhouse first built in 1599 for which William Shakespeare wrote his plays. Like the original, it is located on the south bank of the River Thames, in Southwark, London. The reconstruction was completed in 1997 and while concentrating on Shakespeare's work also hosts a variety of other theatrical productions. Part of the Globe's complex also hosts the Sam Wanamaker Playhouse for smaller, indoor productions, in a setting which also recalls the period. Background The original globe theatre was built in 1599 by the Lord Chamberlain's Men, destroyed by a fire in 1613, rebuilt in 1614, and then demolished in 1644. The modern Globe Theatre is an academic approximation based on available evidence of the 1599 and 1614 buildings.
