Bahir Dar Kenema Football Club (Amharic: ባህርዳር ከነማ እግር ኳስ ክለብ) also known as Bahir Dar City, is an Ethiopian professional Association football, football club based in Bahir Dar. They play in the Ethiopian Premier League, the top division of football in Ethiopia. History Bahir Dar Kenema was established in 1973 Ethiopian calendar, EC in the city of Bahir Dar. Bahir Dar enjoyed a good run of form in the 2017–18 Ethiopian Higher League, 2017–18 season leading Group A of the Ethiopian Higher League with 31 points after the 14th week. Bahir Dar International Stadium ( am, ባሕር ዳር ዓለም አቀፍ ስታዲየም) is an unfinished multi-purpose stadium in Bahir Dar, Amhara Region, Ethiopia. It is used mostly for football (soccer), football matches although it also has sport of athletics, athletics facilities. The stadium has a capacity of 60,000 people. Currently, the stadium is the largest in the country by capacity, but currently lacks seats, an awning, or any facilities, such as Concession stand, concessions or bathrooms, beyond structural concrete elements. Bereket, formerly Gazanjyk or ''Kazandzhik'' (russian: Казанджик or tk, Газанҗык gɑˈzɑnd͡ʒik), is a city in Balkan Province in western Turkmenistan.
