Baek Dong-soo
Baek Dong-su or Baek Dong Soo (백동수, 白東脩; 1743–1816) of the Suwon Baek clan, was a swordsman and martial artist who became a folk hero when his group protected King Jeongjo from assassination attempts. His life is the basis for the Korean comic book '' Warrior Baek Dong-soo'' written by Lee Jae-hoon which was turned into a television series. Baek was one of the three authors of Muyedobotongji, a pivotal martial arts work commissioned by King Jeongjo. ''Warrior Baek Dong-soo'' () is a 2011 South Korean fusion historical/action television series starring Ji Chang-wook in the title role, with Yoo Seung-ho, Yoon So-yi, Shin Hyun-bin, Choi Min-soo and Jun Kwang-ryul. It aired on SBS from July 4 to October 10, 2011, on Mondays and Tuesdays at 21:55 for 29 episodes. Oh Ji-ho (born April 14, 1976) is a South Korean actor. He is best known for the television dramas '' Couple or Trouble'' (2006), '' The Slave Hunters'' (2010), '' Queen of the Office'' (2013) and ''My Fair Lady'' (2016).
