Brunei Darussalam International Defence Exhibition and Conference (BRIDEX) is a biennial defence exhibition and conference held in Negara Brunei Darussalam starting from 2007. The event was launched by the Ministry of Defence, Brunei Darussalam. The next BRIDEX event was scheduled to take place on 3–7 December 2013. Ministry of Defence, Brunei Darussalam has once again appointed Royal Brunei Technical Services as organisers of the event. Jerudong
Kampong Jerudong or simply Jerudong is a village in Brunei-Muara District, Brunei, about from the capital Bandar Seri Begawan. The population was 3,856 in 2016. It is one of the settlements within Mukim Sengkurong. The village is home to a few notable places of the country. It is the location of Jerudong Park, the country's sole amusement park, as well as The Empire Hotel and Country Club, a luxury hotel often regarded as one of the notable landmarks of Brunei. Ministry Of Defence (Brunei)
The Ministry of Defence (abbreviated as MinDef; ms, Kementerian Pertahanan) is a cabinet-level ministry in the Government of Brunei responsible for the country's national security and military forces, the Royal Brunei Armed Forces (RBAF). It is Brunei's ministry of defence. It was established immediately upon Brunei's independence on 1 January 1984. The current leadership consists of a minister, whereby the incumbent is Hassanal Bolkiah, the Sultan of Brunei and Supreme Commander of RBAF; and a deputy minister.
