The Ashrayan Project (), also known as the Ashrayan-2 Project, is a development project funded by the Government of Bangladesh under the auspices of the Prime Minister's Office (Bangladesh), Prime Minister's Office to build homes for homeless and displaced people. Ahsan H. Mansur is a Bangladeshi economist and the 13th governor of Bangladesh Bank. He was the director of Policy Research Institute of Bangladesh. He was also the chairman of BRAC Bank and an independent director of Walton. Early life Mansur completed his bachelor's in economics from the University of Dhaka in 1974. Rapid Action Battalion (; abbreviated as RAB) is an anti-crime and anti-terrorism unit of the Bangladesh Police.
