BIHAMK
BIHAMK or Bosanskohercegovački auto-moto klub (in English: Bosnia and Herzegovina Automobile and Motorcycle Club), as one of the three main Bosnian motoring clubs (along with AAMKBIH and AMSRS), is a local equivalent to the American AAA or British AA. BIHAMK continues the tradition of Bosnia-car racing-motorcycle association (Bosanskohercegovačko automobilističko društvo) founded 7 February 1946 and the Automobile Association of BiH (Auto-moto savez BiH) founded in 1947. BIHAMK plays a special role in the field of public information about the condition of the roads in Bosnia and Herzegovina. It also provides technical assistance to drivers, issues International Driving Permits and other such documents for Bosnian drivers and publishes informative tourist brochures and maps for Bosnia and Herzegovina and Europe. Alliance Internationale de Tourisme (AIT) is an international federation of motoring organisations created to "represent the interests of national automobile associations and touring clubs". It was founded at the Casino Bourgeois in Luxembourg City on 4 August 1898 as the Ligue Internationale des Associations Touristes (LIAT) but changed its name to the Alliance Internationale de Tourisme (AIT) on 30 May 1919. EuroRAP
European Road Assessment Programme (EuroRAP) is an international nonprofit (vzw) organisation registered in Belgium. It operates from Worting House, Basingstoke, Hampshire. In partnership with national motoring organisations and local authorities, EuroRAP assesses roads in Europe to show how well they protect life in the event of a crash. It is a sister programme to Euro NCAP, and seeks to improve road safety through road design. EuroRAP currently has active programmes in 29 countries, mostly in Europe.
