	BC Arsenal Tula BC Arsenal Tula (russian: бк Арсенал Тула) is a basketball club based in Tula, Russia. The club currently plays in the Russian Super League 2, the third tier in Russia. History The club was founded in 1997 as BK Arsenal and used the licence of CSK VSS Samara. In its debut season, the club ended in third place in the Russian Super League A. The club was also in financial trouble in all its Super League years. In the 2004–05 season, Arsenal finally withdrew from the top division. 	CSK VSS Samara BC Samara (russian: БК Самара) is a Russian professional basketball team that is based in Samara, Russia. History BC Samara (1976–2002) Club was founded in Tolyatti as BC Azot. Club was a silver medalist of the Russian Super League 1 in 1992, and a 3-time bronze medalist, in the years 1993, 1997, and 1998. He was born in Almaty, Kazakh SSR, and held Russian citizenship. Professional career Petrenko played professional basketball with Khimki Moscow Region, in the Russian Championship.
