Mariya Stadnik ( uk, Марія Василівна Стадник; Mariya Vasylivna Stadnyk; born 3 June 1988) is a Ukrainian-born Azerbaijani female wrestler. She is a four-time Olympic medalist. Personal life Stadnik was born on 3 June 1988 in Lviv, Ukrainian SSR, Soviet Union. She is married to Ukrainian wrestler Andriy Stadnik. Her sister-in-law, Yana Rattigan, competes in the same weight category as Mariya. Career In 2006, Stadnik was disqualified for a period of one year for failing a doping test in 2006. Competing in the freestyle – 48 kg weight class, she won gold at the 2008 European Championships in Tampere and bronze at the 2008 Summer Olympics in Beijing.
