''Away & Beyond'' is the fifth solo studio album by veteran Nigerian musician 2Baba, 2Face Idibia. It was released on 30 April 2012 by Hypertek Digital, Hypertek Entertainment. The album features additional vocalists such as Naeto C, Dammy Krane, Terry Tha Rapman, Huma Lara, Becca (Ghanaian singer), Becca and Rocksteady. Producers that worked on the album include Femdouble, G.$ol, Jay Sleek, Kas, Clutchie, DJ Willie O, Kaywa, Spellz (producer), Spellz and Kiki Banson. Launch party The release of ''Away & Beyond'' was marked by a launch event at the Eko Hotel and Suites in Lagos, Nigeria, during the 2012 Buckwyld 'n' Breathless concert. Innocent Ujah Idibia MON (born 18 September 1975), known by his stage name 2Baba, is a Nigerian singer, songwriter, record producer, entrepreneur and philanthropist. Noted for his vocal range, lyrical depth, and longevity, he is widely regarded as one of Nigeria's greatest musicians of all-time. Sir Shina Peters (born 30 May 1958) is a Nigerian Jùjú musician. Life Born Oluwashina Akanbi Peters in Ogun State, Peters' career in music began at a young age when he played with friends under the handle Olushina and His Twelve Fantastic Brothers. While playing with his friends, he taught himself how to play the piano and later joined Ebenezer Obey's band. Thereafter, he left Obey's band and joined General Prince Adekunle's band as a guitar player. Adekunle's band played in Lagos hotels such as Western Hotel, Palm Beach Hotel and Executive Hotel. When Adekunle was ill, Peters sometimes acted as lead singer. He left Adekunle to form Shina Adewale, a band with Segun Adewale. However, the duo soon split. The Headies (originally called the Hip Hop World Awards) is a music awards show established in 2006 by the '' Hip Hop World Magazine'' of Nigeria to recognize outstanding achievements in the Nigerian music industry. The Headies 2013 was the 8th edition of The Headies. It was held on 26 December 2013, at the Oriental Hotel in Lagos. The show was hosted by Tiwa Savage and Dr SID. Olamide was the biggest awardee of the night, winning three awards from seven nominations. Phyno won the Best Rap Single category for his song "Man of the Year". D'Tunes, Praiz, and Blackmagic all won for the first time. Sean Tizzle won the Next Rated category and was later awarded a Hyundai Tucson. Davido took home two awards, including Best R&B/Pop Album for ''Omo Baba Olowo''. Iyanya only received one award from five nominations.
