Abdullah Mucib Avcı (; born 31 July 1963) is a UEFA Pro Licensed Turkish manager and a former professional footballer. He is the manager of Trabzonspor. He has also managed the Turkish national team. Career Playing career Avcı played for Vefa, Fatih Karagümrük, Çaykur Rizespor, Kahramanmaraşspor, Bakırköyspor, Kasımpaşa, İstanbulspor, Küçükçekmece, Nişantaşıspor respectively and retired in 1999 at the club where he started football. Serdar Avcı (born 1 July 1985) is a Turkish boxer, who competed as amateur in the bantamweight (54 kg) and as professional in the heavyweight disciplines. He started boxing at Istanbul Fenerbahçe Boxing Club in his hometown. Early years and amateur career Avcı started his boxing career at the age of seven entering Fenerbahçe Boxing. As an amateur boxer, he won several titles at regional and nationwide championships. Nabi Avcı (born 8 October 1953, in Demirköy, Pazaryeri, Bilecik, Turkey) is a Turkish academic, writer and politician who was formerly chief advisor to the Turkish Prime Minister Recep Tayyip Erdoğan. Early years Nabi Avcı was born to Abdullah Avcı and his wife Habibe. He graduated from Middle East Technical University's Faculty of Administrative science, and earned later his PhD in Communication science from Anadolu University. Mustafa Koray Avcı (; born 19 May 1978) is a Turkish former footballer. Career Avcı was trained in the youth team of Kocaelispor and moved to Çaykur Rizespor. After five years in Rizespor, he was transferred to Beşiktaş by manager Rıza Çalımbay at the beginning of 2005. He has transferred to Manisaspor as part of a deal by two clubs to bring Filip Hološko to Beşiktaş. Mehmed IV ( ota, محمد رابع, Meḥmed-i rābi; tr, IV. Mehmed; 2 January 1642 – 6 January 1693) also known as Mehmed the Hunter ( tr, Avcı Mehmed) was the Sultan of the Ottoman Empire from 1648 to 1687. He came to the throne at the age of six after his father was overthrown in a coup. Mehmed went on to become the second longest reigning sultan in Ottoman history after Suleiman the Magnificent. While the initial and final years of his reign were characterized by military defeat and political instability, during his middle years he oversaw the revival of the empire's fortunes associated with the Köprülü era.
