Auterion
Auterion is an American uncrewed vehicle software company. History In 2019 Auterion's PX4 Avoidance was awarded third place at the annual XCELLENCE Awards of the Association for Unmanned Vehicle Systems International (AUVSI) for Detect & Avoid Solutions. In September 2020, Quantum-Systems partnered with Auterion to introduce the Vector, a tactical drone designed for portability and field deployment. Drones equiped with Auterion's software have been used in the Russo-Ukrainian War. In 2024 Auterion began working with Rheinmetall on the developement of standards for drone software and standardized software components. In March 2025 secured a United States Department of Defense attack drone development contract.
