Ernest Clyde Cowley (17 August 1892 – 20 October 1975) was an Australian rules footballer who played for Carlton in the Victorian Football League (VFL). Establishment The first issue of the paper was published on 22 July 1922 and, for the first four weeks, it was published only on Saturday evenings.
