Aurélie Allet
Aurélie Marie Elisa Allet (born 1 July 1997) is a Mauritian badminton player. She was the mixed doubles gold medalists at the 2013 African Junior Championships and 2014 African Youth Games. She competed at the 2018 Commonwealth Games in Gold Coast, and in June 2018, Allet won her first senior international title at the Mauritius International tournament in the mixed doubles event with Julien Paul. Allet competed at the 2019 African Games, and won a bronze medal in the mixed doubles event. Personal life Allet was proposed by her Australian boyfriend Justin Serret after she finished her round one win in Gold Coast 2018. Quatre Bornes (), also known as ''La Ville des Fleurs'' (The City of Flowers), is a town in Mauritius, located mainly in the Plaines Wilhems District. Its western part lies in the Rivière Noire District. The town is administered by the Municipal Council of Quatre Bornes. Situated between the towns of Beau-Bassin Rose-Hill and Vacoas-Phoenix, Quatre Bornes is linked by roads to the north, east, south and west of Mauritius. Georges Julien Paul (born 7 January 1996) is a Mauritian badminton player. Paul took part at the 2014 African Youth Games, and won three gold medals in the individual event. He was part of the national team that won the gold medal at the 2015 African Games. Paul won the men's singles title at the 2018 and 2020 African Championships. He competed at the 2014, 2018 and 2022 Commonwealth Games. Paul won a gold medal in the men's doubles, a silver in the singles, and a bronze in the mixed doubles at the 2019 African Games. At the All Africa Senior Championships in 2024, held in Cairo Egypt, Paul clinched Silver medal in Men's Singles. Uchechukwu Deborah Ukeh (born 12 November 1996) is a Nigerian badminton player. In 2014, she competed at the African Youth Games, and won two gold medals in the girls' doubles and mixed team event. Linda Mazri (; born 21 December 2001) is an Algerian badminton player. She is the gold medalist in African Games and African Championships. Career Mazri started representing Algeria at an early age of 13 and competed for the first time with the national team in the Serbian Under-15 International Championship, and at that time won two bronze medals in the singles and women's doubles competitions. Mazri also represented her country in the African Under-15 Championship hosted by Egypt and won the bronze medal in the singles category and the silver in the mixed doubles.
