Atlas Falls
"Atlas Falls" is a song by American rock band Shinedown. Originally conceived and recorded for the band's 2012 album ''Amaryllis'', the song was left off the album and unreleased until 2020, when the band released it to raise money in support of the on-going COVID-19 pandemic. It was later released as a non-album single, and topped the ''Billboard'' Mainstream Rock Songs chart for a week in August 2020, marking the band's 16th number one, the most by any musician since the chart's inception in 1981. Background The song was initially written and recorded by the band for band's fourth studio album ''Amaryllis'' (2012). While the song did not make the cut for the album, frontman Brent Smith noted that he always expected to release it to the public at some point, noting that it "meant a great deal" to him. The band decided to release the song on March 24, 2020, as part of a plan to raise money in support of fighting the COVID-19 pandemic. The efforts were deemed a success by the band, ...

Digital Song Sales
The Digital Song Sales (previously named Digital Songs and Hot Digital Songs) ranks the best-selling digital songs in the United States, as compiled by Luminate and published by ''Billboard'' magazine. Although it originally started tracking song sales the week of October 30, 2004, it officially debuted in the issue dated January 22, 2005, and merged all versions of a song sold from digital music distributors. Its data was incorporated in the Hot 100 three weeks later. Since October 2004, digital sales have been incorporated into many of ''Billboard''s music singles charts. The decision was based on the dramatic increase of the digital market while commercial single sales in a physical format were becoming negligible. The first number one song on the Digital Song Sales chart was " Just Lose It" by Eminem. The chart's current number one as of the issue dated June 7, 2025 is " Ordinary" by Alex Warren. Song records Songs with most weeks at number one in sales *18 weeks :BTS – ...

UK Singles Sales Chart
The UK Singles Sales Chart is a weekly record chart compiled by the Official Charts Company (OCC) on behalf of the British record industry. The UK Singles Sales Chart differs from the UK Singles Chart (also known as the Official Singles Chart) in that it counts "physical" sales only (including downloads), whereas the Official Chart also counts streaming. Since 10 July 2015, the chart week has run from Friday to Thursday with the chart-date given as the following Thursday; prior to this, the chart week ran from Sunday to Saturday, with the chart date given as the following Saturday. It was announced in June 2014 that as of Sunday, 29 June, audio streams from streaming media services would be counted towards the Official Singles Chart to better reflect changes in music consumption in the United Kingdom after a year-on-year doubling from 100 million to 200 million weekly streams from the previous year. The UK Singles Sales Chart uses the previous methodology, and as a result did no ...

UK Singles Downloads Chart
The UK Singles Downloads Chart is compiled by the Official Charts Company (OCC) on behalf of the music industry. Since July 2015, the chart week runs from Friday to Thursday, with the chart date given as the following Thursday. The main chart contains the Top 200 downloads (which are published in ''UKChartsPlus''), with the top 100 published on the OCC website. The chart only uses sales of ''permanent digital downloads'', that is single-download tracks on non-subscription online music stores. Some downloading services offer a monthly fee plan where generally an unlimited number of tracks can be downloaded within a month for a certain price. Tracks downloaded in those instances do not qualify. An album equivalent, the UK Album Downloads Chart, was launched in April 2006. History Before the inauguration of the download chart, only sales of physical formats—such as CD single, CD, gramophone record, vinyl and cassette tape—contributed towards a single's position on the UK music c ...

Hot Canadian Digital Songs
The ''Billboard'' charts tabulate the relative weekly popularity of songs and albums in the United States and elsewhere. The results are published in ''Billboard'' magazine. ''Billboard'' biz, the online extension of the ''Billboard'' charts, provides additional weekly charts, as well as year-end charts. The three most important charts are the ''Billboard'' Global 200 for songs globally, the ''Billboard'' Hot 100 for songs in the United States of America and the ''Billboard'' 200 for albums in the United States of America, and other charts may be dedicated to a specific genre such as R&B, country, or rock, or they may cover all genres. The charts can be ranked according to sales, streams, or airplay, and for main song charts such as the Hot 100 or Global 200 (though the latter globally) song chart, all three data are used to compile the charts. For the ''Billboard'' 200 album chart, streams and track sales are included in addition to album sales. The weekly sales and streams ...
